TinyEye - Blender addon

With Tiny Eye 1.3, you can add stylized eyes to your 3D models, creating a more realistic and a fantasy unusual appearance. The procedural tool is free and works in both Eevee and Cycles within Blender.

It has an extensive library of ready-to-use presets, and you can choose the color or shape of an iris, cornea, pupil, and sclera.
